16 hours per week*, 52 weeks per year

*Hours may be worked flexibly provided there is sufficient cover balanced throughout the week

 

£7,337.03 To £8,255.16 per annum

(Pro rata £16,968.17 To £19,091.49 per annum)

Working within the Distance Learning team, the main purpose of this role is to complete the enrolment of learners on to Distance Learning Courses and give clear, detailed advice and guidance to learners to fully prepare them to undertake their course

 

This new role will involve proactively completing enrolments for Distance Learning courses via phone calls or face to face meetings in the office, ensuring enrolments follow organisation procedures and update regular systems. The duty of the Distance Learning Enroller is to update the enrolment pipeline, keep in regular contact with learners and give clear information, advice and guidance to learners. As well as; accurately record all contact with those who have enrolled, checking eligibility against funding requirements and ensuring all funding allocations are accurate.

 

The successful candidate will have a good general level of education, be competent in IT and working knowledge of Microsoft Office. You will have excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to demonstrate attention to detail, prioritise workload to meet deadlines and work proactively. Knowledge of Distance Learning courses and experience with data management systems are both desirable.
